I decided to password protect my website to keep the web crawlers off of it. I do not want it to end up on search engines (Google, Yahoo, Bing, and others) results page. I like my privacy very much and I do not want it to be well known.
If you want to be popular, then use the social media sites like YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. They censor and control the contents and if they don't like what you uploaded, they removed it and/or shut down the account. With my own webpage I control everything, thank you for your understanding.
